We are located on the banks of the Taihu lake, the southern part of Jiangsu Province China. We have more than 40 years experiences of design and produce ESP impeller and defuser by wax mold. Our factory covers an area of 4,056.34 square meters includes mold making workshops, shell making workshops, smelting workshops, cleaning & shot blasting workshops, machining workshops, and assembly workshops. The machines are used for production, four wax making machines, two wax mixing machines, two automatic double-station wax injection machines, two sand showers, four dipping buckets, three floating sand barrels, three roasting furnaces, two sets intermediate frequency furnace, two vibrating shell machines, four shot blasting machines, six ordinary machines, eight CNC machines.
We are organized by management department, sales company, financial department, production department, quality inspection department and M.E branch company. We mainly produce the electric submersible pump accessories (stages and cable protector, etc). The casting products specifications cover the size of 10mm-600mm, the single product of 0.1-70 kg. The annual output of castings is 1000 tons, and the annual output of wax mold stages over 100,000 sets and coated sand mold stages over 1,200,000 sets. And our products enjoys high reputation and very good name from our clients and end user such as SLB, Borets, Rimera, Champion-x, Al Khorayef. We are the first factory successfully using silicon sol technology in wax mold casting and according to clients reply our products is the best one in China now.

Q2: How could I get a free quotation?
A2:Please send us your drawings by email. The file format is PDF / DWG / STP / STEP / IGS and etc. IF there are no drawings, we can make the drawings according to your samples!
Q3:How to control quality?
A3:First, all raw materials are inspected by the quality control department before they are put into storage. Second, during the casting process, three times of spectral analysis were performed at the front, middle and back respectively. Third, after the parts are cleaned, perform a first visual inspection to check whether the product has casting defects before sending it to the next process. Fourth, conduct a comprehensive QC inspection of each part before shipment, including chemical composition, mechanical properties and other specific tests.
