Our company's fill can withstand temperatures from 50°C to 75°C, is resistant to aging, has excellent performance, and a long service life. Its advantages are as follows:
Long lifespan, good heat exchange performance, and high cooling efficiency: The fill is made from high-quality PVC polyethylene sheets through vacuum forming, ensuring a service life of no less than 5 years. The fill is film-type, with fine corrugations that increase the water contact area. The fill is arranged in multiple layers, with a redistribution process for hot water between each layer.
Excellent hydrophilicity and low ventilation resistance: The surface of the fill is rough yet smooth, providing good hydrophilicity with a water absorption rate of less than 0.015%. This allows more water to form a thin film without splashing, ensuring more thorough contact between water and air. The fill also creates significant surface turbulence during the flow of water and air. The assembled fill features a honeycomb-shaped air inlet guide, which ensures uniform air distribution and enhances the stability of the heat exchange intensity between water and air. The air inlet is inclined at a 30° angle, effectively reducing water drift loss. At the end of the fill, a water collector designed based on the impact separation method is installed, effectively controlling water drift loss to within one hundred thousandth.
3. Easy installation, cleaning, and transportation: Our cooling fill comes in both non-bonded hanging type and stacked type, making installation simple and cleaning convenient. It successfully addresses the issue of bonded fill deforming due to dust accumulation and its own weight, which leads to more severe fouling and difficulty in cleaning. The fill has good flame retardant properties, with a tested oxygen index of over 30.
