Product introduction:

1) Use Q235A steel panel and press into 1220x1220mm, 1000x1000mm and 1000x500mm standard panel, make holes around water tank, through coated zinc surface treatment, and install on site. When installation, bolts and nuts collection and silicon sealing gaskets among panels.
2)flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
- reinforcement method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water .The top panel is supported by top panel support ,which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement .
- Accessories
A: Bolt ,nut & washers stainless steel 304 material
B:Sealing material Non-toxic P.V foam tape shall be used in between the joints .
C:covers :the tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according the requirement .
D:Ladders and level indicator
Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material .
2. This Product can be used to store and adjust water for building and swell and shrink water for heating system. Also for building construction, industry and national defense etc temporary storage water tank.
3. The pipe diameter and position of inlet, outlet and overflow and drain pipe is confirmed by your designer. Around water tank there are more 700mm space, and more 600mm space below bottom and above cover of water tank.
4. Anti corrosion: all components are galvanized.
