Setup:
Extend the rod from the guide wheel and connect it to the appropriate metal head before threading it into the pipeline.
For Cleaning:
The guide head can be attached to cleaning tools to clear blockages in pipes.
For Cable Installation:
First, use the wire puller to guide a steel wire or iron line through the pipe, then use it to pull the cable into place.
Protect the Pulling Head:
Always align the pulling head with the movable pulley on the cart frame before threading.
When fully retracting the wire puller, be cautious-the last section is secured in a ring on the cart frame (used to fix the pulling head during coiling). Pull gently to avoid breakage.
Temperature Limits:
The fiberglass wire puller can withstand temperatures between -40°C to +80°C.
Avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold during use.
Store in a cool, dry place after use; avoid prolonged sunlight or rain exposure.
Maximum Tension & Bending:
Maximum straight-line pulling force: 2.5 tons.
Never use high-power machinery to pull at 90° angles, as this may cause snapping.
For Large Cable Projects:
Do not pull cables directly with the wire puller. Instead:
Use the metal pulling head to guide a steel rope through the pipe.
Then, use the steel rope to pull the cable.
Recommended: Use guide pulleys to improve efficiency and extend the wire puller's lifespan.
