Product Description

CT010 is a general-purpose high-efficiency defoamer synthesized from special surfactant, silicone polyethers, emulsifiers and stabilizers.
FEATURES:
CT010 can maintain a good nonionic surfactant and defoaming effect at a relatively low concentration. It has good compatibility, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, fast defoaming speed, good stability, easy dispersion in water, no floating, small dosage, fast defoaming, long defoaming time. It will not react with the slurry to affect the quality of the product.

APPLICATIONS:
CT010 is Antifoaming Agent,particularly suitable for defoaming systems with high viscosity and strong defoaming power. It is suitable for various water-based systems such as papermaking and pulping black liquor, adhesives, textile slurry, cleaning agents, circuit boards, waste water treatment, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
CT010 has excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties. It can be added after the foam is generated or added to the product as an defoamer. According to different use systems, the amount of defoamer added is 0.1-0.3%. The best amount is determined by the customer based on specific test conditions. The product can be diluted with low-viscosity thickening water before use.
PACKAGE:
25kg/ 50kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank. Customization is available upon request.
SHELF LIFE:
CT010 one kind of non ionic surfactant,it is suitable for storage at 10~30ºC. Do not place near heat sources or expose to the sun. Do not add acid, alkali, salt or other substances to this product. Store it according to the general chemical storage method. After use, keep it sealed to avoid deterioration. Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is one year from the date of production.
